As many of you know, my dear cat of 10 years Sassy has been missing since February 15th. I have resolved myself to the fact that she is more than likely not coming home. I have had cats before and they have all either died of old age or a illness..........but they have never simply disappeared. My husband saw not one, or two ,but three coyotes several days ago around 5:30 am about 1/2 mile from our house. I believe that the coyotes have gotten my Sassy. I am not only extremely sad, but angry.......angry at myself as I should have never let her out that night and I should not have fallen asleep. I was in a routine as was she and I got too comfortable as I have never had a cat killed by a predator. I am just so disgusted. I am going to replace my Lost Cat posters with Coyote sighting posters.......to warn others.

Thursday, April 2nd is the final episode of ER.............I love this show. I know, I know. Hardly anyone watches this show anymore, but I don't care. It has been on T.V. most of my adult life, perhaps that is why I have enjoyed it so much. Just like the characters in the show, I have changed just liked the character and have had people come and go in my own life. I work in a Hospital and in the 15 years I have been at the hospital, I am like Carter........one of the few left. Even he left and know he is back...hmmm.

Anyway, I will definitely be watching the last show.....I just hope I don't cry too much. I think , no I know, I cried the hardest when Dr. Greene died. So very sad as he was my favorite character, with Carter being my 2nd. I will admit there were a a few years I did not watch as closely after Dr. Greene died.........but I came back year before last so I was shocked and saddened again when Dr.Pratt died. Anyway the cast is newer but I have enjoyed thier character's life stories in the show. Many people watch Gray's Anatomy, but ER was the original and I have only made time for it. I don't watch much TV in general......mostly HGTV, Animal Planet, History channel stuff. But this is one show I will truly miss. It's weird how attached you can get to a T.V. character, but I would say that is a testament of how well the actors have played their parts.

Disney Princess Royal Family 5k

This weekend was the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon. On Saturday Disney sponsored a Royal Family 5k for everyone. My Mom and I participated in the 5k and it was soooo much fun.
Beauty and The Beast were at the start of the race and cheered us on.
Since the 1/2 Marathon is a princess theme ( women's only race) well there was a Princess at every turn. . Even during the 5k..........I think Snow White is my favorite.

Mom conquering Epcot. The 5k took us thru Epcot before the Park opened. We had to be there at 6:15 am for the 7 am race

I am very proud of my Mom. She has been having trouble with her feet, but she did the walk and actually made good time, I just slowed us down a bit from taking a lot of pictures. Many people ran competitively but we did the Race/Walk for fun. As life is not a race ,but a Journey.....especially while at Disney. :)

We finished........Here we are with our Disney medals

So much fun..........I encourage everyone if they are in Orlando next year to participate. The whole weekend is set up so that the family members of the racers of the Marathon can participate in the weekend. The Royal Family 5k was for everyone, they even had kid races afterwords and a Breakfast with all the Disney Princesses. Today is the 1/2 Marathon which is 13 miles thru the Magic Kingdom. It is really nice how Disney has the employees out to cheer you on along with the Disney Characters during the race to encourage you. Honestly I just love Disney.......I am so glad that we live close enough to enjoy the theme parks.
